OA aims to help ordinary people be active. We are not professional athletes. We juggle life, don’t always get it right (it’s messy), but we make living actively a priority. Being active looks different for everyone but it is not a luxury, it’s a priority and needs to be part of everyday life. When you live actively, you live with more intention. Intention leads to change within yourself and impacts others.
